Yes, on the M-2 between Lahore and Islamabad. Bhera Interchange and Kallar Kahar have DC chargers, both verified by drivers recently. The M-5 south of Multan has no reliable DC yet.
At a domestic slab around Rs 45 per unit, a 60 kWh car is about Rs 3,050 for a full charge including losses. Public DC usually runs Rs 70–95 / kWh. Use the calculator for your car.
